A little about me

​

Hi, I'm Georgina; I'm a working mum with a life-long passion for sculpting, modelling and baking. In 2008, I turned my passion into reality and started making bespoke cakes for those wanting high-quality edible and non-edible art.

What inspires me

My inspiration came from growing up in an Italian family; watching my mum, Raffaella, bake and decorate my birthday cakes with no tutorials (unlike today). My Grandma (or Nonna) - Maria Sassoli, prepared every recipe from scratch. They fuelled my passion for baking, especially decorating. 

​

My experience

I've been baking and decorating for over 10 years.  My can-do attitude and hands-on experience make me the ideal person to create your bespoke cake of any complexity and design. My talents are owed to the fact that I've completed several top-rated classes in sugarcraft and worked voluntarily for a successful cake designer in Wiltshire for a time. 

 

About my work

In 2011, a selection of my cakes featured in 'Bake' mini-magazine alongside famous cake designer - Mich Turner of The Little Venice Cake Company.

Since then, my wedding cakes have featured in Glos and Wilts magazine.

I continue to learn, create and deliver stunning and powerful designs for those wanting a cake to remember; one that tastes great, and fits their special celebration perfectly.

I craft all of my cakes with the greatest care and attention to detail - using only fresh produce.
