COELIAC SUFFERERS

It's important to tell me if you or your guest(s) suffer from Coeliac disease, or if it's your personal choice to eat gluten-free. That's because I can't completely guard against cross-contamination, but can produce gluten-free cakes for non-suffers.

In addition, any of my cakes can be made without alcohol.
